Orders can be cancelled only if they have not still been processed. Cancellations need to be notified via e-mail to our sales address: firstname.lastname@example.org. Orders cancelled under these terms will be integrally refunded.
Before returning any goods to the company, the customer needs to contact the company via e-mail describing the problem or failure detected. Damages or failures occurred during the shipment and delivery will be covered by the company as far as they are notified to the company within 15 days after having received the goods. Damages or failures due to an incorrect handling of the product by the client will not be covered by the company.
Refunds will be completed by means of the same payment method chosen by the client. Cancellations made before the shipment of the goods will be entirely refunded by the company. Any merchandise returned by the client will be covered by himself.
